How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
Browse through our range of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size chart to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).
You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
Once the Shopping cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
How will I get confirmation that my order was placed successfully?
We'll send you an email with your order information to confirm receipt of your order.
How should I check the status of my order?
If you have created an account and were logged in while you placed your order; you can track the status of your order in your account page.
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details. Once your shipment is dispatched; you will be notified as well with the tracking details. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
I paid online for my order. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?
We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible. You can always send us an email at email@example.com with your requirements and we would notify you once your size is available.
What if my order is defective?
We strive to offer you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your query. Please note that all returns have to be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.
What is the Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received because it was found to be misprinted/damaged/defective, we would gladly exchange or refund the item(s) value. We do not offer exchange for size changes requests. More on our Refund/Exchange policy here.
